Katsina United Football Club has officially introduced Coach Tony Tope Bolus as their new Technical Adviser.
Surajo Baba Malumfashi, the Chairman of the club, made this appointment.
Bolus, who recently departed Yobe Desert Stars, has inked a two-year contract with Katsina United.
He boasts an impressive array of coaching certifications, including the UEFA C Diploma 2022, NNF/CAF License Coaching Course 2016, and TIKI TAKA License Coaching Course 2015.
Furthermore, Coach Tony Tope Bolus enriched his coaching knowledge by attending the National Institute for Sports in Lagos, Nigeria, in 2012 and completing the Fushion Football College USA online course in 2010.
His coaching journey from 2004 to 2014 saw him lead various football teams in Nigeria, notably serving as the Technical Adviser of Giwa FC in 2015 (NPFL), Malumfashi FC from 2016 to 2017, and taking the helm as the Head Coach of Mountain of Fire FC (MFM FC) in 2019.
Among his notable accomplishments, Coach Tony Tope Bolus achieved victory in the Lagos State F.A Cup in 2021, contributed to Rangers International’s NPFL championship as an assistant coach in 2017, and secured two Coach of the Month awards during his tenure at GIWA FC in 2015, among other achievements.
