The Ghanaian Football Association (GFA) has announced that Hughton will be officially unveiled in Kumasi on March 20, 2023, ahead of the team’s 2023 AFCON qualifier against Angola.

Hughton, a 64-year-old England-born coach, is a highly respected tactician in the football world, having managed top clubs like Brighton and Hove Albion and Tottenham Hotspur. He is expected to bring his wealth of experience to bear on the Black Stars as they seek to qualify for the 2023 AFCON tournament.

The GFA has promised that the coach will be presented to the public during the unveiling ceremony, giving Ghanaian football fans the opportunity to engage with him and learn about his vision and expectations for the team. The media will also have the chance to question the new coach about his plans for the Black Stars.

In a statement released by the GFA, they said, “The first engagement between the coach and the media in Kumasi will be a platform for the Football Association to also make public the targets, terms of engagement, and other relevant information pertaining to the manager’s work.”

Ghanaian football fans will be hoping that Hughton can lead the Black Stars to a successful qualification for the 2023 AFCON tournament. The unveiling ceremony promises to be an exciting event, and the GFA has promised to officially communicate the time and venue of the ceremony in the coming days.
