Popp was the star of the show, scoring two well-taken goals in the first half. The first came from a Kathrin Hendrich cross, and the second was a header from a Klara Buhl corner.

Buhl also got on the scoresheet herself in the second half, firing home after another good cross.

Morocco were never really in the game, and they conceded two own goals in the second half. Ait El Haj turned the ball into her own net under pressure from Buhl, and Mrabet did the same after a shot from Lena Oberdorf was deflected into her path.

Schuller rounded off the scoring with a late goal, as Germany ran out 6-0 winners.
