The home kit is a traditional red and blue striped jersey, with a purple sash across the chest. The away kit is all white, with the club's traditional colors of red, yellow, and blue stripe.

Hearts of Oak are the most successful club in Ghana, having won the Ghana Premier League 23 times. They are also the only Ghanaian club to have won the CAF Champions League.
