Liverpool and Manchester United played out a goalless draw in a thrilling Premier League encounter at Anfield on Sunday.
The Reds dominated the game from start to finish, but Jurgen Klopp’s men were left frustrated by some resolute defending from the Red Devils.
Liverpool had the better chances throughout the match.
But Onana was in inspired form for United, making a string of fine saves to keep his side in the game.
United’s best chance came in the second half when Marcus Rashford’s shot flashed just wide of the post.
The game was marred by a late red card for Diogo Dalot, who was sent off for a studs-up challenge on Andy Robertson.
Despite the lack of goals, it was an entertaining match with plenty of drama. Liverpool will be the happier of the two sides, as they remain top of the table, but United will be pleased with their defensive performance.
